Earlier this summer, my neighborhood experienced a devastating hailstorm. And I am thankful! Because of it, I got a new roof, siding and gutters. Still waiting on the gutters and the shutters they're throwing in, but my house looks great! My favorite feature is the porch. They removed the ugly railings on the porch and wrapped the posts.

It's about time I post something from my France trip. It was great! Lydia, Monica & I flew into Paris and took the TGV (train) to Macon, a city of about 45,000. We stayed at the Chateau de Saint Albain. The castle is magnificent and the grounds are beautiful. Here's a little tour of the chateau.
