Thanks for the guilt trip...I think that maybe the word careless might be more appropriate- at least for me. Not to get caught up in semantics, but I can honestly say I've never taken the stance that I just don't care...but rather have gotten just a little lazy at times. I usually get a resurgence of thankfulness during the summertime when I'm outside enjoying the backyard with my kids.
The concept of real stewardship is lost on most people--about money, the earth around us, and our own bodies. Please don't take that as if I'm pointing fingers, because I have a pretty big plank to remove from my own eye first.
