I am so blessed to have new windows! Just installed in the last two days. My old windows were just that—old—83 years. And most of them didn't have screens. I got to do something yesterday for the first time: It was really hot in the room I was in and I got to
open a window! Woo hoo!
Here's some before and after pictures.

Living room before ...

Breakfast room before ...
after (he's still finishing the woodwork but framed it in quite nicely) ...
I got a new back door, too!

They look awesome! Did you end up getting one of those stain-glass picture window thingys?
They don't make the window in a small enough size. But I am getting some stained glass in my new front door.

That's great. Getting new windows is so great. You'll love being able to open up your house--in the right season, of course, and I'm sure you'll gain all sorts of efficiency with heating and cooling too. Awesome!
Yeah for new windows! We certainly know how wonderful that is. Our first house had windows that were sealed shut and they never opened up their house. We're excited for you!
